Let me
tell you a little about myself....
I was trained in Integrated Yoga at the Ananda Narayana School of
Healing at Sanctuary of Universal Light (S.O.U.L) with Surekha Ireland
in Meredith, NH. I have taught yoga at a women's gym, a computer
company after hours and also currently teach yoga classes for the
Sanborn Adult Education program in Newton, NH as well as at the
Colonial Poplin Nursing Home in Freemont, NH. Yoga is my passion and I
love to share what I know with my students, as well as learning more
about yoga myself through them.
I became a Reiki Master in Tera Mai Reiki in Kingston, NH with Judy
Huber in 2002. I also became attuned to Sacred Flames Reiki in 2004 and
in Karuna Reiki with Erika Duffy in August 2004. Reiki healing is a
powerful and wonderful energy to pass on to others and I enjoy each and
every Reiki treatment I give and receive.
I have done over 300 online tarot readings with FreeReading.net, an
online website for free and accurate readings organized and supported
by the American Tarot Association. I am a Certified (Apprentice) Tarot
Reader and love to do readings for others, especially friends and
family.
In addition to these parts of my life, I enjoy knitting, spinning
&
dyeing yarn, reading, scrapbooking, haiku and crystals.
I am a mother of two beautiful boys, Timothy (15) and Benjamin (5) and
have a very supportive and loving husband, Ian.
I feel more than blessed to have the opportunity to spend my life doing
what I love to do and being able to share and help others. One of my
goals is to have my own yoga studio here in NH where I can offer all of
my classes and readings/healings in a peaceful and beautiful setting.
